HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. FILL YOUR REGISTRATION FORM
Go to the registration form link and fill the application online.

2. DOWNLOAD, PRINT, AND SUBMIT THE FORMATS
On the left side bar you will find the format download link. You can scan and send your papers via email but hold on to the originals because you will have to turn them in at the office.

3. ASSIST TO AN INTERVIEW
One your application is received you will be indicated whether to assist to the office for an interview or to a Job Fare at a certain date.

4. AFTER THE INTERVIEW
Once you have completed the interview, you will receive a placement to work in a camp. This can be immediately after the interview or a while after depending on how fast we can get you a contract. During the interview you can ask any questions you may have regarding this and other matters.

5. ONCE YOU HAVE A CONTRACT
As soon as you are hired by a camp, we will let you know via email. Then you will have to sign and submit your contract to us. After you do that you will receive a DS2019 form.

6. GETTING YOUR VISA
With the DS2019 form you are now able to go to the embassy. But before you do, you have to make your appointment, pay the $35 dollars SEVIS fee. (Don't worry we are here to help, we can make the appointment for you and receive your SEVIS fee in the office or you can do it on your own. YOUR CHOICE)

7. AFTER THE VISA
Once you cleared the Embassy, you will receive your Medical Insurance, and guidelines to purchase your flight. We will be with you all the time to guide you with any questions or concerns you may have. Making sure you fully understand your arrival instructions and transportation means. But that is not all, you will have our emergency numbers within the U.S. Where you can call 24*7 in case needed.
